Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is hiring a Sourcing Specialist to attract and nurture top talent for our fast-growing teams. You will conceptualize, develop, and implement recruitment marketing strategies that support hiring goals while reinforcing our unique employer brand.

You will leverage your understanding of the business, coordinate events, manage talent databases, and design compelling talent marketing materials using Google/Microsoft tools and Adobe software.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in sourcing and recruitment marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in events coordination and database management.

As a Sourcing Specialist you will conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies for TaskU to help ensure hiring requirements are delivered.

You will leverage on your understanding of the business and integrate that into sound sourcing efforts. While the general discipline still falls under marketing, you will specialize in graphic design, making sure our talent marketing materials preserve our unique employer brand while resonating with the type of talent we hope to attract.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in sourcing, recruitment marketing

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent

• Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Experience in events coordination and database management
