Job summary

Ventra Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver full cycle recruiting for diverse enterprise roles, from individual contributors to executives. You will build candidate pipelines, partner with the TA Leader, and coordinate hiring and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

You will leverage multiple recruiting sources, manage high-volume openings, and help shape staffing plans with the People Services team across the US and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience with global recruitment (US, Philippines, India) and cloud-based applicant tracking system preferred.
• Experience working with staffing agencies/firms.
• Healthcare and revenue cycle management (RCM) experience preferred.
• Up to two years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience required.
• Two to four years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience required.
• Minimum of four years with two years focused on executive or senior level hiring in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers and TA team to facilitate hiring and strategy.
• Builds and maintains robust candidate pipelines across segments.
• Leads candidate phone screens and schedules interviews; gathers feedback.
• Manages communication with candidates through the offer, negotiation, and onboarding stages.
• Maintains accurate documentation and ATS updates; tracks metrics and reports.
