Job summary

Ventra Health, a leader in revenue cycle management solutions, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting across enterprise segments. You will build pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide the hiring process from intake to onboarding while collaborating with the TA leader and People Services.

A performance-based incentive plan is offered. The role requires strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship skills, with experience in healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience with global recruitment (US, Philippines, India) and cloud-based ATS.
• Healthcare/revenue cycle management experience preferred.
• Experience with recruiting agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with hiring managers and TA team to facilitate openings.
• Sources candidates using online recruiting sources and networks.
• Manages high-volume positions and screens applicants.
• Coordinates interviews and gathers feedback from stakeholders.
• Communicates with candidates through the full process, including offers.
• Maintains documentation and ATS updates.
• Builds talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Collaborates with TA leader and People Services on staffing plans.
• Performs special projects as assigned.
