Qualifications

• Experience using HR information systems to maintain employee data.
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with payroll status tracking and records management.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and deployment of requested and newly hired employees.
• Maintain HR information system with monthly and weekly employee data.
• Keep 201 files and inventory, ensure accurate records.
• Process new IDs/ATM for new hires and replace lost IDs.
• Monitor weekly employee movement, reductions, and allocations.
• Update manpower list to Engineering Department.
• Maintain HR forms and documents for records.
