Qualifications

• Graduate of Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources, ideally within a recruitment agency or staffing environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and clients.
• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
• Familiarity with Philippine labour laws and recruitment compliance requirements.
• Experience with social media recruitment and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking platforms and direct outreach
• Screen candidate CVs and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for client positions
• Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability, skills and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and logistics
• Maintain detailed candidate profiles and recruitment records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Provide candidates with timely feedback regarding interview outcomes and job placement status
• Support the development and posting of job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Follow up with placed candidates to ensure successful onboarding and early engagement with clients
• Contribute to the achievement of recruitment targets and KPIs
• Maintain compliance with recruitment regulations and company policies throughout the hiring process
