Job summary

KPay Group, based in the Philippines, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support Australian recruitment operations. You’ll work with the Australia-based TA team to deliver high-volume recruitment across Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, and Back-Office roles.

This fast-paced, target-driven role offers international TA exposure and the opportunity to contribute to KPay's growth in APAC markets.

Qualifications

• High-volume recruitment experience preferred, especially for Sales, BD, Customer Service or similar roles.
• Experience recruiting for an Australian company or the Australian market is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and multiple vacancies.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, Indeed, or an ATS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple Australian vacancies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct phone screens and assess candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with Australia-based recruiters and hiring managers.
• Track recruitment KPIs and continuously improve sourcing strategies.

You’ll work closely with our Australia-based TA team to deliver high-volume recruitment across Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, and Back-Office functions.
