Glasstron Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Takeoff Specialist to join our on-site team. You will review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and prepare accurate quantity data for costing and quotation.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with responsibilities including measuring quantities (glass, aluminum, steel, panels), producing the BOQ, and coordinating with the Estimator to resolve discrepancies and updates.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in quantity takeoffs or BOQ preparation
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or construction-related discipline
• On-site work in Quezon City with full-time employment

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with the Estimator regarding quantity clarifications.
• Provide accurate quantity data as basis for costing and quotation.
• Update takeoff quantities when there are revised plans or addenda.
• Maintain organized takeoff files, markups, and supporting documents.
