Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering business value through effective sourcing and buying strategies.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects and managing people.
• Strong negotiation skills, with experience working across functions and markets.
• Effective business partnering, stakeholder management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Tail Spend team to consistently achieve objectives.
• Drive tail-spend optimization through automation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with tail-spend processes and policies.
• Deliver cost savings and cost reduction targets for the department.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to provide operational visibility.
