A day in the life of...

Manage and lead IBS Tail Spend team driving selection of suppliers, tendering, negotiation, and support awarding for tail spend categories as per defined strategies and guidance, business priorities, Group policies and principles. Implement the required tools and systems to effectively manage the activities and improve cost, compliance, and transparency.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to consistently achieve business objectives and targets.
• Build team capability through continuous coaching, development, and upskilling.
• Optimize processes to maximize cost efficiency and performance.
• Drive tail-spend optimization through automation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with tail-spend processes and policies.
