Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, accounting, or engineering fields.
• 1–2 years in inventory management, warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience with ERP, inventory systems, or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory movement including receiving, issuance, transfer, adjustment and disposal.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in system and manual trackers.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical count validation.
• Prepare and submit inventory reports (stock movement, variance, slow-moving items, near-expiry items).
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with warehouse, operations, finance, and other departments.
