Job summary

Information Professionals, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Technician to manage and service large-scale in-country data center infrastructure to ensure 24x7 operations across rotating shifts at General Trias, Cavite.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Engineering, knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and cabling, and at least 1 year of relevant experience; telecom experience is a plus. Immediate availability and willingness to work in Cavite are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience in Networking LAN/WAN, Cabling.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in a telecommunication industry preferred.
• Able to start immediately.
• Amenable to work in General Trias, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Manages and services large scale in-country data center infrastructure and facilities to ensure 24x7 operations in rotating shifts.
• Supports the organization's data center services through active 24x7 monitoring of the infrastructure.
• Acts as Level 1 escalation point for all onsite operational incidents, respond & perform remote requests and onsite assistance within SLA.
• Plans and supports all preventive and reactive maintenance activities with little to no disruption to company's services.
• Participates and supports internal and external audits for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Generates accurate and regular reports when required
• Any other duties or project as assigned by the Management.
