Job summary

Deloitte Consulting Philippines Delivery Center invites a SAP PM/EAM Consultant to join its growing Enterprise Application SAP practice. You will solve complex asset management challenges, work on shaping the SAP offering, and contribute to client engagements with a focus on EAM/PM configuration and delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of SAP EAM/PM experience, hands-on configuration, and ability to translate requirements into functional specs, with AMS tool exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP EAM/PM experience.
• 2 end-to-end EAM/PM implementation or configuration projects.
• Experience with AMS tools such as CHARM, Service Now, Solution Manager, or ALM.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional designs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EAM/PM consulting efforts with Deloitte’s clients.
• Contribute to shaping the future of Deloitte’s SAP practice.
• Gather requirements, document functional specs, and ensure deliverables meet client needs.
• Collaborate with project managers, team members, and clients to communicate results clearly.

Work you will do

Deloittes Enterprise Application SAP practice helps organization solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software and this team is expanding rapidly.

Outside of your client facing and advisory work, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Deloitte’s SAP practice. Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• At least 3 years working experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management/Plant Maintenance.
• At least 2 end-to-end EAM / PM implementation project and/or configuration project.
• In-depth experience with SAP EAM functionalities including but not limited to:
  • With experience in AMS tools like CHARM, Service Now, Solution Manager, ALM.
  • Able to gather business requirements, translate technical details into a concise and easy to understand language, and document/create functional designs.
  • PM master data & transactional activities
  • Corrective maintenance
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Maintenance orders, plans, processing & notifications
  • Calibration process
  • Refurbishment process
  • Asset performance management (optional but an added advantage)
• Experience of working on customization objects such as interfaces, enhancement
  • Writing functional specification
  • Identifying security requirements
  • Perform functional unit and integration testing
  • Good understanding of the Business Processes
  • Ability to analyze as-is processes and identify flaws in logic.
  • Ability to configure scenarios relevant to SAP modules.
  • Write or understand Functional Specification / Configuration documents.
  • Good hands-on capability - can independently develop good quality deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, team members, and Client.
  • Present and discuss work results clearly.
