Job summary

Monitor Deloitte in the Philippines seeks a SAP PM/EAM Senior Consultant to drive enterprise asset management and maintenance solutions for complex client environments. The role focuses on leading SAP EAM/PM projects, delivering design specifications, and mentoring teams in a hybrid work setting.

You will collaborate with clients, translate requirements into actionable configurations, and ensure high-quality outcomes while advancing Deloitte’s SAP practice and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 6 years working experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management/Plant Maintenance.
• At least 2 end-to-end EAM / PM implementation projects and/or configuration projects.
• In-depth experience with SAP EAM functionalities including but not limited to: PM master data & transactional activities, maintenance orders and plans, corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with AMS tools like CHARM, Service Now, Solution Manager, ALM.
• Ability to gather business requirements, translate technical details into a concise language, and document functional designs.
• Good hands-on capability and ability to develop quality deliverables.
• Strong communication with Project Manager and clients.

Deloittes Enterprise Application SAP practice helps organization solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software and this team is expanding rapidly.

  • Able to gather business requirements, translate technical details into a concise and easy to understand language, and document/create functional designs.

  • Corrective maintenance
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Maintenance orders, plans, processing & notifications
  • Calibration process
  • Refurbishment process
  • Asset performance management (optional but an added advantage)
• Experience of working on customization objects such as interfaces, enhancement
  • Writing functional specification
  • Identifying security requirements
  • Perform functional unit and integration testing
  • Good understanding of the Business Processes
  • Ability to analyze as-is processes and identify flaws in logic.
  • Ability to configure scenarios relevant to SAP modules.
  • Write or understand Functional Specification / Configuration documents.
  • Good hands‑on capability - can independently develop good quality deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, team members, and Client.
  • Present and discuss work results clearly.
