Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia seeks an experienced Project Manager in Manila to lead PMO and SAP-led transformation programs within Enterprise Technology & Performance. You will guide target-state architecture, drive execution excellence, and engage senior client leaders to align transformation agendas across functions.

The role requires a decade in PMO leadership with SAP experience, strong people leadership, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field with experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of PMO leadership, including 5 years in management of SAP implementation projects across modules.
• Deep SAP transformation experience in manufacturing industries.
• Ability to engage client leadership and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field, supported by relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Overall PMO Lead - SAP implementation with at least 5 years in managerial level in leading projects across all modules
• You will be a recognized leader and have in-depth regional market knowledge
• Deep and wide experience in SAP led transformation programs in manufacturing industries
• Broad understanding and appreciation of emerging business and technology paradigms
• Demonstrated ability to engage client leadership and management on a range of issues
• A self-motivated individual with ability to chart his/ her route to success
• Ability to provide situational leadership to engagement teams, and coaching/ mentorship to team members.
• Value driven, inclusive individual committed to client service excellence
• Willingness to work outside of office base and most of all.
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignments.
