Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Travel and Entertainment (T&E) Expense Report Auditor to join our on-site team in Pasay City. You will audit high-volume T&E claims, reconcile card feeds, and guide employees on policy and system usage.

The role requires 5 years of T&E audit experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented mindset. It offers a collaborative SSC environment with cross-functional exposure and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of T&E expense audit experience in accounting.
• Experience reconciling corporate card feeds and detecting policy violations.
• Ability to meet SLA deadlines in monthly accounting close.
• Strong written and verbal communication for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Audit high-volume employee T&E claims for receipts, GL coding, taxes, and policy compliance.
• Reconcile corporate card feeds against expenses to detect irregular spending.
• Guide employees and managers on T&E policies and system usage.
• Maintain audit logs and KPIs, support audit readiness and improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, AP, HR, and IT to resolve bottlenecks.
