Our Clients is seeking a Systems Programmer in Paco, Manila to develop, test, implement, and upgrade information systems and applications. You will collaborate with users to identify requirements, ensure data accuracy and security, and provide technical support and training.

The role emphasizes independent work and teamwork to deliver system enhancements. The position is onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–6pm), transitioning to a hybrid setup after probation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in systems development, programming, implementation and maintenance.
• Experience in retail, distribution, or related industries preferred.
• Experience with Oracle APEX, PostgreSQL or similar database platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of systems analysis, software development, database management, and data security protocols.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with attention to data accuracy.
• Good communication skills to gather user requirements, provide technical assistance, and train users.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to deliver system projects and enhancements.

Responsabilités

• Develop, program, test, implement, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and applications independently or with a team.
• Gather and analyze user requirements to ensure systems meet business needs.
• Plan, design, and evaluate system solutions including software and tools.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, resolve issues, and provide training.
• Ensure compliance with data security protocols and maintain data integrity.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including specifications, changes, testing, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide end-user support.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies and process improvements.
• Review and correct programs and data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor system performance and address technical issues to maintain operations.
