Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Systems Programmer in Paco, Manila, to develop, test, implement, and upgrade business systems and applications.

The role requires collaborating with users to identify requirements, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing operational efficiency through technology solutions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of Oracle APEX or PostgreSQL being advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop, program, test, implement, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and applications independently or in collaboration with the team.
Gather and analyze user requirements to ensure that developed or enhanced systems meet business needs and operational requirements.
Plan, design, and evaluate systems solutions, including packaged software and development tools.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide user training.
Ensure compliance with data security protocols and maintain data integrity.
