FIS is seeking a Systems Operations Analyst to keep our client-facing systems humming. You will support and troubleshoot production environments, drive issue resolution, and proactively investigate errors while building your skills and career in fintech.
You will manage 24x7 processing, coordinate with product owners, and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams. This role requires shifting/graveyard schedules and a focus on operational excellence.

Role location: Full onsite - BGC (Client Site) or EcoPlaza Makati (FIS Office)

As a Systems Operations Analyst, your skills will keep our industry-changing technology platforms humming smoothly. While building your skills and your career, you’ll support client-facing systems and applications while driving issue resolution and proactively investigating errors.
Serve as Level 1 Support. Coordinate to support or product owner regarding the troubleshooting, maintenance and other related concerns
Manage hardware and software in 24x7 processing environment to ensure peak performance at full capacity
Recognizing abnormal processing conditions and responding appropriately to resolve errors in a timely manner
Prepare checklist and statistical summaries for daily activities and weekly/month end reports
Identify abnormal processing conditions and makes appropriate response decisions
Proactively maintains contact with clients and serves as client advocate to internal organizations
Other related duties assigned as needed
Knowledge of financial services industry and mainframe and/or open systems operating systems
Ability to use production control tools and resources to analyze and respond to all system processing errors
Basic knowledge using unix/linux commands.
Knowledge of management reporting, operational procedures and management information systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
Perform Batch/Reports processing
Able to work in shifting and/or graveyard schedule
ITIL Certified
