Job summary

FIS Global in the Philippines is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple data center infrastructure initiatives, including upgrades, hardware refreshes, and migrations. You will partner with engineering, operations, architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery aligned with business goals.

This role operates in a hybrid setting (three days in-office, two days remote) with night shift options as part of the PH Night Shift.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading infrastructure, data center, or technology-focused initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data center technologies, infrastructure components, and change management processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills; experience using project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure and data center projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute technology changes, deployments, upgrades, and migration activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
• Establish and document standard processes for data center-related projects and change activities.
• Provide guidance, training, and best practices to project managers supporting infrastructure initiatives.

About the role:

Lead and deliver multiple data center infrastructure projects, including technology upgrades, hardware refreshes, system implementations, decommissioning, and consolidation initiatives. Partner closely with technical teams to drive successful project execution, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

About the team:

Join the FIS MIT Project Management team, which oversees infrastructure and technology initiatives that support operational excellence and cost optimization. You'll collaborate with engineering, operations, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver projects that enhance technology capabilities and improve operational efficiency.

• Experience managing technology consolidation, migration, modernization, or decommission initiatives.
• Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industry environments.
• Experience supporting disaster recovery, business continuity, or data center resiliency initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects involving multiple technical disciplines and geographically dispersed teams.
