Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a professional to oversee Daily Technical Operations, including Application Management and Support for Nasdaq services. The role covers 24/7 incident handling, updates, and maintaining technical procedures within a hybrid work model in Bonifacio Global City.

You'll collaborate with Jira Admin and stakeholders, provide end‑user support for Tempo Timesheets, build data and teams, and drive improvements while upholding documentation and service standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Business analysis experience with time tracking tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support for Tempo Timesheets and Jira-based tools.
• Maintain master data and manage resources within projects.
• Build teams and manage project additions, updates, and closures.
• Add subtasks and drive automation improvements.
• Perform month-end reporting for Business Control.

• Run regression testing during Jira upgrades.
• Maintain user and system documentation.

Job description

Responsible for Daily Technical Operations including Application Management and Support for all Nasdaq provided services. This includes 24/7 Technical Operations and Application Support, managing Incidents for both internal and external customers, installing application updates and maintaining operational documentation and procedures.

What You Will Do

This position will support and maintain Nasdaq’s Tempo Timesheets application deployed on the Nasdaq Global Jira. Tempo Timesheets is a plug-in to Jira. The Tempo user base is Marketplace Technology and Market Services, part of the Nasdaq Financial Technology division. Current number of users are around 1400 across 20+ countries. You will work closely with the Jira Admin and the Tempo users as well as with the key stakeholder groups – Business Control, Resource and Project Managers. The applicant should have previous experience supporting tools with a broad user base and have a curiosity about systems and IT.

What We Expect
