Job summary

Fortinet, a cybersecurity pioneer, is seeking a dynamic Systems Engineer to contribute to our growing business in Manila. You will act as the Systems Engineer for Commercial, providing pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in network or application security, cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, Alibaba, Google Cloud), and strong skills across routing, switching, VPN, firewall, SDWAN, and security design.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in network security or application security.
• Experience with large enterprise accounts, lab setup, and POC.
• Proficient in designing and implementing security solutions (routing, switching, VPN, firewall, SDWAN, etc.).
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, Alibaba, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of SDN, orchestration, multi-vendor deployments.
• Knowledge of hacking techniques, exploit simulation, or penetration testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
• Understudy customer requirements, environment and challenges and propose security solution design and implementation solutions.
• Carry out presales function in solution offerings (proposal, demo, presentation, etc.).
• Prepare tender documents and proposals, RFPs, RFIs and POC demos.
• Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.

As a Systems Engineer, you will:

• Play an integral role in providing pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers
• Understudy customer requirements, environment and challenges and able to propose/provide security solution design and implementation solutions to clients
• Effectively carry out presales function in solution offerings (proposal, demo, presentation, etc.)
• Actively participate in preparing tender documents and proposals, RFPs, RFIs and POC demo
• Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.

We Are Looking For:
