Business Systems Analyst – Sales Insights and Analytics
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to work across multiple departments to support business process implementation and redesign initiatives that optimize operations by reviewing sales accounts data.
Responsibilities
- Update Data in Salesforce. Conduct ad hoc or batch updates on the accounts in Salesforce that adhere to the Sales Rules of Engagement. Perform ETL processes to update data in Salesforce.
- Project Management. Apply project management skills and cooperate with cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration and Partnership. Collaborate with leaders across different departments to create and improve requirements. Build relationships, prioritize tasks, and achieve milestones.
- Review Sales Data. Review existing sales data to ensure integrity and accuracy, and manage data (extract, review, update) using various tools.
- Business Analysis. Perform business process analysis and improvements on current rules/policies to define sales data/accounts and oversee their updates.
- Process Documentation. Develop and document process workflows that improve team efficiency and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Translating business rules and processes into easy‑to‑understand visual workflows.
- At least 2 years of experience in business process design, documentation, or similar work experience.
- At least 2 years experience as a Systems Analyst or Configuration Analyst.
- Intermediate skills in Python, specifically for data analysis and wrangling.
- Working knowledge in SQL and Salesforce (preferred).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience handling sales data via Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, presentation, and written communication.
- Critical thinking and presentation skills to assemble, interpret, and apply critical thinking to data to help counsel decisions.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM and business intelligence tools such as Hadoop, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- In‑depth knowledge of Salesforce reporting.
- Willingness to work a morning shift (6 am – 3 pm MNL).
- Willingness to work a hybrid setup (10–11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).
