Job summary

UCPB Savings Bank, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator Lead to supervise the Systems Administration Unit and ensure maximum uptime across all server infrastructure.

You will govern provisioning standards, GPOs, and enterprise storage while leading 24/7 on-call escalation for high-availability systems. The role requires at least three years of system administration experience and a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years as system administrator.
• Willingness to handle 24/7 on-call escalation and staff on rotating shifts.

• Supervise the Systems Administration Unit to maximize uptime and optimize capacity across server Infra.
• Direct provisioning standards and governance, including GPOs and clustering.
• Act as 2nd-level validation gate and on-call escalation authority for 24/7 HA systems.

JOB SUMMARY / PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Supervise and manage the Systems Administration Unit, ensuring maximum operational uptime and capacity optimization across all server infrastructure machines. Direct server provisioning standards, orchestrate Group Policy Objects (GPOs), manage enterprise storage arrays, and govern the system-wide vulnerability remediation process. Act as the 2nd-level infrastructure validation gate and on-call escalation authority for provisioning, clustering, and network directory setups required for 24/7 high-availability systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or a related field.
• Must have at least three (3) years of work experience as system administrator.
• Must be available for 24/7 on-call escalation and manage a team operating on shifting schedules.
