Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support and incident resolution.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery processes and disaster readiness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and update IT assets and management systems.
• Ensure reliable office Internet connectivity and troubleshoot outages.
• Perform daily backups and off-site media handling.
• Manage user accounts using Active Directory.
• Implement security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Provide IT support and troubleshoot issues for end-users.
• Repair and recover data from hardware or software failures.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Suggest automated approaches for routine admin tasks.
• Notify end users of outages and maintenance schedules.
• Manage and escalate IT helpdesk tickets.
• Conduct onboarding training on computer DO'S AND DON'TS.
