Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. in Alabang, Philippines is seeking a Project Coordinator II to support IT project initiation, scoping, and execution. You will coordinate with system leads, owners, and users to ensure accurate documentation and timely service delivery across migrations and data-related activities.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently as well as with the team. On-site client site reporting is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least 2 years in college.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with systems & data migration activities (e.g. upgrading to newer supported versions, legacy reduction & decommissioning, migration to different platforms)
• Minimum 2 years' experience with projects issue management, coordination, and problem solving.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with project support and service delivery
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Proactive & customer focus mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team.
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Good understanding of the IT project lifecycle
• Must be amenable to report to the client site located in Alabang

Responsibilities

• Ensure project documentation for IT projects is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, especially during initiation and scoping phases.
• Timely coordination & follow up with affected system leads, owners, and users.
• Prompt project tasks execution & service delivery such as records updating, CMDB lookup, and others.
• Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines for IT projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues related to IT projects.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
