Job summary

Responsibilities

• Experience on SolarWinds and other monitoring tools.
• Provide support in operations with infrastructure monitoring and healthcheck.
• Monitor systems and network; perform daily health checks.
• Report and route alerts/incidents to appropriate teams.
• Handle incidents, service requests and escalation management.
• Proactive monitoring and update tickets based on calls.
• Engage Central Support Team for tickets requiring troubleshooting.

• Engage Central Support Team for any tickets that requires troubleshooting or extended support
• Should be an active Team Player across various IT domains
