Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a System Analyst for People and Culture Technology Operations in Manila. You will manage daily operations, ensure continuous support, and coordinate system updates while monitoring integrations across P&C platforms.

Collaborate with analysts to investigate issues, document findings in the provider system and Jira, and assess change requests to drive secure, reliable software updates.

What role will you play?

As System Analyst for Document Generation Services, you will be involved in a variety of critical tasks such as managing daily operations, ensuring continuous support, delivering P&C document updates, monitoring integration with different P&C systems, and ensuring application security is up to date.

In collaboration with technical and business analysts, you will be involved in investigating system issues, documenting findings in the provider's system and Jira, assessing system modification requests to provide thoughtful recommendations, and overseeing the coordination and implementation of system updates and patches.
