Job summary

First Gen Corporation seeks a program delivery professional to design and run performance monitoring for sustainability initiatives, track progress, and escalate delivery risks. You will build accountability processes and translate strategic goals into actionable implementation plans, equipping project leads with templates and tools while coordinating with teams to surface technical expertise.

Experience in community coordination and stakeholder management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree an advantage.
• 3–5 years in project management with accountability and performance-tracking experience.
• Experience in community coordination and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of water stewardship and community-facing program design.

Responsibilities

• Design and run performance monitoring for sustainability initiatives, tracking progress and escalating delivery risks.
• Build and operate the accountability processes to deliver commitments.
• Provide execution planning frameworks translating strategic goals into implementation plans.
• Equip leads to structure delivery using project management/Scrum, releasing templates and tools.
• Coordinate with leads to surface existing technical expertise.

Job description

• Provide execution planning frameworks that translate strategic goals into implementation plans
• Equip program and project leads to structure their own delivery — applying project management and/or Scrum methodologies, releasing templates and tools to support execution
• Coordinate with program and project leads to surface existing technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field of study. With Master’s Degree in Business an advantage.
• With 3 - 5 years experience in project management, including building accountability and performance-tracking systems
• With experience in community coordination and stakeholder management
• With working knowledge of water stewardship and community-facing program design
