Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Sustainability Project Manager to design and run performance monitoring for sustainability initiatives, track progress and escalate delivery risks.

You will build accountability processes, translate strategic goals into implementation plans, and equip program leads with project management and Scrum templates to support execution. You will coordinate with leads to surface existing technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business/related field, with Master's considered an advantage.
• 3-5 years experience in project management building accountability and performance-tracking systems.
• Experience in community coordination and stakeholder management.

Minimum Qualifications

• With 3 - 5 years experience in project management, including building accountability and performance-tracking systems
• With experience in community coordination and stakeholder management
• With working knowledge of water stewardship and community-facing program design
