Job summary

A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in responsible sourcing or related fields are required, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Responsible Sourcing, Supplier Management, Compliance, CSR/ESG, Sustainability, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of supplier social responsibility, audits, ISO standards, and conflict minerals.

Responsibilities

• Execute supplier due diligence to verify compliance with the Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Support supplier risk assessments, audits, and related compliance activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for program management.
