Job summary

Engie seeks a seasoned Sr. Program Manager to drive a portfolio of digital programs across a product-led organization. The role emphasizes collaboration, timely delivery, and sustaining innovation aligned with Engie’s purpose and sustainability goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital program management, strong stakeholder influence, and hands-on experience with agile methods and product lifecycle management. Global travel and leadership responsibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Software, Environmental Science, or Business Administration.
• Master’s Degree preferred in Engineering, Software, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital.
• 3+ years in a program/product management role.
• PM/PgPm certifications are a plus (PMP, PgPm…).
• Proven track record managing digital programs involving cross-functional teams, ideally in Sustainability or Energy Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio (1-4 programs depending on size and complexity) of digital strategic programs with cross-functional teams and dependencies.
• Coordinate elaboration of program scope, costs, business case, risk mitigation score, environmental considerations, and other inputs.
• Ensure appropriate resources allocation, prioritization and stakeholder alignment to deliver results.
• Proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks; escalate to senior leaders as appropriate.
• Deliver program status updates to stakeholders and promote best practices for the team and contractors.
• Help support team initiatives and ensure alignment across teams.
• Respect the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and incorporate feedback to improve program execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and AI to drive improvements and innovation.
