Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Sustainability Engineer to drive GHG accounting, LCAs, and carbon reduction initiatives across global operations. You will support SBTi implementation, emissions reductions, and sustainability disclosures, collaborating with engineering, facilities, and international teams.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in environmental engineering/science, 5+ years in sustainability, and experience with GHG Protocol, LCAs, and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of direct sustainability experience.
• Knowledge of GHG Protocol, Scope 1-3 emissions, LCA, ISO 14040/14044, SBTi, and reporting frameworks (GRI, CDP, EPEAT).
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the corporate greenhouse gas inventory (Scopes 1, 2 & 3).
• Perform GHG calculations and emissions reporting per the GHG Protocol.
• Conduct LCAs aligned with ISO 14040/14044.
• Support SBTi implementation and emissions reduction initiatives.
• Assist with Carbon Neutral Certification activities and carbon footprint tracking.
• Prepare sustainability disclosures for CDP, GRI, CSR, EPEAT and other frameworks.
• Analyze sustainability data and recommend process improvements.
• Support customer sustainability requests, carbon calculations, and RFPs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and verification partners.
• Maintain sustainability databases and reporting tools.
