Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Sustainability & CSR Reporting Specialist to support the company’s global CSR and sustainability disclosures. This role is a core contributor to external reports reviewed by customers, regulators, investors, and sustainability rating agencies, and requires strong ESG/CSR knowledge and writing skills.

You will coordinate SMEs to develop, review, and validate content, manage CSR reporting processes using Workiva, and support disclosures for GRI, SASB, UNGC,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CSR / ESG reporting frameworks and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using reporting and collaboration tools.
• Workiva experience preferred.
• Power BI or analytics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core contributor to Xerox’s CSR Reporting team.
• Coordinate SMEs to develop, review, and validate report content.
• Manage CSR reporting processes using Workiva.
• Support disclosures for GRI, SASB, UNGC, EcoVadis, and CSRD.
• Review corrective action plans and support document validation.
• Coordinate EHS&S inputs for CSR-related Form 10-K disclosures.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and EHS teams.
• Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements.
