The Rigging Corporation in Pasay City, Metro Manila invites an AutoCAD Operator / Surveyor to join as a full-time professional. You will prepare drawings, conduct surveys, and provide measurement data to support project planning. Close coordination with operations and engineering is required to meet project needs.

Required are a relevant degree and AutoCAD proficiency; Civil 3D and surveying gear knowledge is a plus. Willingness to travel for site visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture, civil or drafting fields.
• Experience with AutoCAD and drafting software is a plus.
• Familiarity with surveying equipment and field measurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise 2D/3D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Conduct site surveys and gather accurate field measurements.
• Prepare survey reports, sketches, and as-built drawings.
• Verify dimensions and ensure drawings match project specs.
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and operations on site conditions.
• Assist in planning, layout, and quantity measurements.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and data.
• Perform site visits as required.
• Carry out tasks assigned by Project Manager or Supervisor.

Job Summary

The AutoCAD Operator / Surveyor is responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, conducting site surveys, and providing measurement data to support project planning and execution. The role requires close coordination with the operations and engineering teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise 2D/3D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Conduct site surveys and gather accurate field measurements.
• Prepare survey reports, sketches, and as-built drawings.
• Verify dimensions and ensure drawings comply with project specifications.
• Coordinate with project engineers, clients, and operations regarding site conditions and drawing revisions.
• Assist in project planning, layout, and quantity measurements.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, survey data, and project documents.
• Perform site visits as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Technical/Vocational graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Operator, Surveyor, or similar role is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D or other drafting software is a plus.
• Familiarity with surveying equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proficient in driving four-wheel vehicles and willing to conduct site visits.
