About the Role

We are looking for a capable Surveyor to join our site development team. The primary focus of this role is to conduct survey works and handle data processing for site development projects. You will play a key role in validating quantities and ensuring accuracy before and after earthworks execution.

Key Responsibilities

Field Surveying & Validation

• Pre-Implementation: Conduct survey works before earthworks / structural works are implemented to establish accurate baselines.

• Monitoring: Conduct regular checks on ongoing excavation works / structural works

• Post-Implementation: Perform survey works after earthworks / structural works are executed to validate quantities and ensure compliance with design.

• As-Built Data: Provide accurate as-built survey data based on site conditions.

Data Processing & Reporting

• Data Analysis: Process survey data gathered from the field using relevant software.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports following data processing.

• Equipment Operation: Utilize different types of survey equipment as applicable to the project needs.

Coordination

• Reporting Line: Directly report findings and progress to the Site Engineer.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or a College Degree in Engineering.

• Experience: Previous experience in doing survey works using various survey equipment is required.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in Civil 3D and general Land Surveying techniques is required.
