Job summary

Pureprofile Philippines is seeking a Survey Programmer to maintain high standards of survey programming and data delivery, handling complex projects with Decipher scripting and high volumes. You will work with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure timely, accurate results.

You will script surveys, review questionnaires, set quotas, troubleshoot issues, and deliver error-free outputs while following client standards and internal best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.5 years’ experience in survey programming using Decipher.
• Good understanding of survey logic, quotas, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey programming for assigned clients and manage projects independently to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Script surveys in Decipher, review questionnaires, implement quotas and troubleshoot survey-related issues.
• Provide realistic timelines for project delivery and keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
• Follow client standards and internal best practices while ensuring high-quality and error-free survey delivery.
• Handle data queries, support the DP team with required data formats, manage client samples for emailing, and share report links whenever required.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and keep stakeholders updated on project progress, timelines, and blockers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally through client calls, emails, Slack, and other communication channels with prompt responses.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, maintain project documentation, and support process improvements, automation, and reusable scripting initiatives.
• Support team members whenever required, share knowledge, and participate in training sessions and fresher onboarding activities.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Responsible for maintaining high standards of survey programming and data delivery, the Survey Programmer (SP) will be a strong all-rounder in survey programming and data processing. The role requires solid experience in Decipher scripting and the ability to independently handle complex projects and higher volumes of work. The SP will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely, high-quality, and error-free delivery while following client standards, best practices, and internal processes. The role also requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
