• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work independently.
• Collaborate effectively with surveyors, clients, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Validate, analyze, and adjust survey data for accuracy and completeness.
• Read and interpret topographic surveys, subdivision maps, and plans.
• Import and process survey points, GIS data, and spatial features.
• Review U.S. land title documents, including descriptions and easements.
• Interpret regulatory maps for zoning, flood, and utilities.
• Identify and plot easements and property encumbrances.
• Identify discrepancies or potential issues in survey and property information.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and project team members.
