You will interpret maps, review land title documents, and coordinate with surveyors and project teams to ensure compliant, well-documented results. 3+ years of experience in surveying and mapping are preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years experience interpreting topographic surveys, subdivision maps, and plans.
• Familiarity with U.S. land titles and ALTA/NSPS surveys is a plus.
• Strong understanding of survey data, easements, and mapping documents.
• Excellent attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work independently.
• Collaborate effectively with surveyors, clients, and project teams.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

• Validate, analyze, and adjust survey data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Read and interpret topographic survey drawings, plans, and sketches provided by surveyors.
• Import and process survey points, GIS data, and other relevant spatial features.
• Review and analyze U.S. land title documents, including property descriptions, easements, and other title-related information.
• Interpret zoning, flood, utility and other applicable regulatory maps to support survey and property analysis.
• Research, identify, and plot easements and other property encumbrances.
• Review survey and property information to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential issues.
• Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients and project team members.

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience interpreting topographic surveys, subdivision maps/plats, structural plans, and as-built plans.
• Familiarity with U.S. land titles, property records, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of survey data, property information, easements, and related mapping documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting project deadlines.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with surveyors, clients, and other project team members.
