Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, IT or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of asset protection, crisis management, risk management and human behavior.
• Experience with CCTV Operations, Access Control, Alarm Systems and Incident Management Systems.
• Knowledge of security processes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot security technologies including CCTV, ACS, Alarm Systems and Incident Management Systems.
• Perform system checks, manage software updates, coordinate maintenance, and ensure integration of new technologies.
• Maintain system documentation and adherence to data retention and compliance policies.
• Provide guidance and leadership to Surveillance Operations personnel for 24/7 coverage.
• Schedule, assign, and prioritize work activities; deliver performance feedback and training needs.
