On-site in Quezon City, you will support installations, train OR nurses on setup, docking, instrument handling, and turnover, and collaborate with the manufacturer’s clinical team. The role requires RN background, willingness to travel, and to undergo specialized training, with possible overseas opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN background and registered nurse
• Good understanding of sterile technique, OR workflow and protocols
• Willing to undergo specialized training, local and overseas if required
• Willing to travel to hospitals across the Philippines when needed

Responsibilities

• Support new surgical robotic system installations
• Train OR nurses on system preparation, setup, docking, instrument handling, workflow and turnover
• Assist in surgeon and hospital training programs with manufacturer’s clinical team
• Provide on-site clinical application support during initial robotic surgery cases
• Help hospitals establish robotic surgery workflows and protocols
• Coordinate with Medasia technical engineers and product managers and clinical specialists
• Provide continuing education and refresher training for hospital teams
