Job summary

Recruitify_HR in Quezon City is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist – Surgical Robotics. This role targets an experienced OR nurse transitioning from traditional bedside nursing into the rapidly growing field of robotic surgery.

You will support new robotic system installations, train OR staff on preparation, setup, docking, instrument handling and turnover, and collaborate with the manufacturer's clinical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures nationwide.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with OR/perioperative experience.
• Strong understanding of sterile technique and OR workflows.
• Comfortable communicating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and hospital staff.
• Willing to undergo specialized local and overseas training.
• Willing to travel to hospitals throughout the Philippines when required.

Responsibilities

• Support new surgical robotic system installations
• Train OR nurses on system preparation, setup, docking, instrument handling, workflow, and turnover
• Assist in surgeon and hospital training programs with the manufacturer’s clinical team
• Provide on-site clinical application support during initial robotic surgery cases
• Help hospitals establish proper robotic surgery workflows and protocols
• Coordinate with Medasia technical engineers, product managers, and the manufacturer's clinical specialists
• Provide continuing education and refresher training for hospital teams

CLINICAL APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST – SURGICAL ROBOTICS ( QUEZON CITY)
Qualifications

• Registered Nurse
• Strong Operating Room / perioperative nursing experience
• Good understanding of sterile technique, OR workflow, surgical instruments, patient positioning, and operating-room protocols
• Comfortable communicating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and hospital staff
• Good teaching and presentation skills
• Willing to undergo specialized local and overseas training
• Willing to travel to hospitals throughout the Philippines when required
  

Key Responsibilities

• Support new surgical robotic system installations
• Train OR nurses on system preparation, setup, docking, instrument handling, workflow, and turnover
• Assist in surgeon and hospital training programs together with the manufacturer’s clinical team
• Provide on-site clinical application support during initial robotic surgery cases
• Help hospitals establish proper robotic surgery workflows and protocols
• Coordinate with Medasia technical engineers, product managers, and the manufacturer's clinical specialists
• Provide continuing education and refresher training for hospital teams
  

Preferred But Not Required

• Experience in laparoscopic or minimally invasive surgery
• Experience assisting in urology, general surgery, gynecology, thoracic, or colorectal procedures
• Previous experience as an OR educator, charge nurse, clinical instructor, or medical-device clinical specialist
