Job summary

Device Technologies is seeking an Associate Product Specialist for the National Capital Region in the Philippines. The successful candidate will support the Product Specialist Manager and drive da Vinci Surgery adoption across the country.

Key duties include meeting country sales targets, engaging customers, delivering product information and training, and managing travel for the robotics team. Relevant science qualifications and clinical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Permanent resident status in your relevant country.
• Minimum 2 years relevant clinical experience or hospital environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in the sciences - degree or similar.
• Demonstrated competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve country sales targets and deliver goals.
• Assist Product Specialist to grow the territory via existing and new customers.
• Understand customer objectives and decision processes to form partnerships.
• Provide product information, demonstrations and training.
• Attend exhibitions, conferences and seminars as directed.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and data base.
• Attend to customer enquiries and needs; manage travel and admin tasks for robotics team.
