Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor II to lead the maintenance team at Santo Tomas.

You will establish priorities, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure safety, health, and 5S standards across all equipment and the work environment. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in a related role, and have strong skills in TPM, root cause analysis, and budget management.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of progressively responsible experience.
• Experience in maintenance management and TPM/5S practices preferred.
• Ability to schedule preventive maintenance and analyze downtime to reduce production loss.

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain total productive maintenance programs.
• Schedule and execute preventive and condition-based maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
• Maintain assets, parts inventory, monitor purchases, and assist budget management.

Job Overview

Performs maintenance management by supervising the maintenance team, establishes priorities in maintenance schedules, and ensures Safety, Health & 5S of all the equipment and working Environment.

Job Requirements

• Implementing and sustaining total productive maintenance, monitoring all work orders, preventive maintenance sheets, repair logs, and related documents.
• Scheduling and executing preventive and condition base maintenance targeting to achieve maximum availability of equipment and zero production downtime.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, conducting root cause analysis for equipment downtime, and implementing preventive actions.
• Maintaining manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals, and managing the department budget.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
