Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. in the Philippines seeks a maintenance supervisor to lead the maintenance team, set priorities, and uphold Safety, Health & 5S across equipment and the work environment. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and reliable plant operations.

You will coordinate schedules, manage assets, and ensure zero downtime through disciplined maintenance practices and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Implementing and sustaining total productive maintenance, monitoring all work orders, preventive maintenance sheets, repair logs, and related documents.
• Scheduling and executing preventive and condition-based maintenance targeting maximum equipment availability and zero downtime.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, conducting root cause analysis for equipment downtime, and implementing preventive actions.
• Maintaining manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals, and managing the department budget.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance team and establish priorities in maintenance schedules.
• Ensure Safety, Health & 5S of all equipment and the working environment.
• Oversee budget for the maintenance department and control purchases.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and improve asset reliability.

Education

Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or local equivalent
