Job summary

MRI Software Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist for our hybrid work arrangement in Ortigas, with 2 days from home. You will update existing records, resolve data issues, and document data flow to ensure clean master data.

Prior customer service or software support is valuable for success. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and strong communication as you handle varied data entry tasks and support projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in customer support.
• Experience in customer service; software support preferred.

• Experience in residential property management is a plus.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Accurately update existing data in the company’s database.
• Achieve quota of “record touches.”
• Resolve data entry issues and errors.
• Track and document received data.
• Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen and enter necessary codes.
• Make necessary corrections to information entered when needed.
• Transmit entered information into database.
• Participate in special projects assigned by management, using investigative exercises to resolve items such as “bad phone” and “refused” records.

About You

• Previous experience in customer service; software support experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or experience with inbound or outbound customer support work.
• Customer focus and a passion for support.
• Strong professional communication and listening skills.

• Experience with real estate management software is a plus.
