Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a Team Member - Technical (Supply) to provide first-line operational support for the Supply Planning ESP module on our platform. You will monitor ESP jobs, data flows, and environments, perform incident triage, and execute standard SOPs and runbooks to maintain day-to-day stability for supply planning and S&OP cycles.

Responsibilities include handling basic user issues, access requests, and coordinating with L2 teams for non-standard problems, while supporting legacy data

Qualifications

• Provide technical support for ESP solution supporting supply planning and S&OP.
• Monitor system health, data accuracy, ESP jobs, alerts, and planning runs.
• Triage incidents using playbooks and escalate to L2 when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supply Planning & S&OP application support for ESP implementation.
• System monitoring of jobs, data flows, environments, and alerts.
• Execute standard batch jobs and planning runs per playbooks.
• Manage legacy extract layer, data flows, and staging infra.
• Handle user access requests and basic queries.
• Ensure environment readiness for patches and upgrades per governance.
