Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a Team Member - Technical (Supply) to provide first-line operational support for the Supply Planning ESP module on our platform. You will monitor ESP jobs, data flows, and environments, perform incident triage, and execute standard SOPs and runbooks to maintain day-to-day stability for supply planning and S&OP cycles.

Responsibilities include handling basic user issues, access requests, and coordinating with L2 teams for non-standard problems, while supporting legacy data

• Triage incidents using playbooks and escalate to L2 when needed.

TheTeam Member -Technical (Supply) is responsible for first-line operational support and implementation of the Supply Planning ESP module of the platform (can be Blue Yonder or any other platform selected for businesses across HIL). The role focuses on system monitoring, execution of standard operating procedures, handling basic user issues, and incident triage as per defined playbooks. The role is focussed on elements of S&OP and S&OE, with a focus on Supply planning.

The role ensures day-to-day operational stability by monitoring jobs, alerts, data flows, and environments supporting supply planning and S&OP cycles, and escalates complex or non-standard issues to L1 owners in line with established governance.
