Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in the Philippines seeks a Supply Chain Specialist to support business growth by coordinating replenishment, demand planning, and inventory management. You will work with the regional sales team and internal supply chain to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely communications.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in customer service, planning or procurement, with knowledge of SAP/JDA systems. On-site role in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management or related fields.
• 2 years’ experience in customer service, planning, procurement or supply chain.
• Knowledge of SAP or JDA systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment planning: lead PH supply chain as single point of contact, manage demand, supply and inventory.
• System processing and maintenance: SAP PO processing and PIR/ICP updates; review JDA/SAP messages.
• Shipment monitoring: track shipments and update internal/external partners to prevent stock issues.
• Demand planning: coordinate with sales to provide monthly demand inputs.
• Inventory management: work with warehouse team and lead virtual stock counts.
• Supply chain reports: provide data/analysis and support month-end closing.
• Internal complaints: coordinate with sourcing country and QA to resolve issues.
• Support function: assist finance with monthly/quarterly reports.

Supply Chain Specialist

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for support our business growth consistently, who primary responsibilities to interact with customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concern and requests about product and service. You will handle with export customers sales order fulfilment process effectively, and co-ordinate with overseas sales team and internal supply chain team to process orders smoothly, including replenishment planning of import product for PH customer.

What You Will Do

• Replenishment Planning – Lead PH supply chain as single point of contact, demand, supply, inventory management to serve customer in efficiency. Utilize JDA/ SAP/ PBI as a supporting tool for replenishment plan.
• System Processing and Maintenance – SAP PO processing including PIR/ICP update quarterly. Review JDA/ SAP exception message. System maintenance to ensure all the figures run smoothly. And MDG product code extension to country.
• Shipment Monitoring – Monitor and ensure shipment arrival and release as planned include shipment follow up with internal/external party. Also well communicate for shipment information update proactively to prevent supply and inventory impact.
• Demand Planning – Coordinate with sale team to provide realistic demand input from country to demand planning team, make sure all numbers submit on time by monthly cycle.
• Inventory management – Coordinate with warehouse team on inventory management and lead virtual stock count when needed.
• Supply Chain Reports – Be able to provide supply chain data, analysis local and indent sales to related functions including facilitate meeting if need. Also, month end closing report.
• Internal Complaint – To coordinate on internal complaint with related function (sourcing country and QA team) on receiving product at Ingredion warehouse until complete the case if happen.
• Support function – To support finance team by provide some of finance reports monthly and quarterly.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management and any related fields.
• Proven 2 years’ experience in customer service, planner, procurement, supply chain related field.
• Knowledge in computerized environment with basic office software. Experience in SAP, JDA system would be an advantage.
• English fluency, both written and spoken.
