Analog Devices, a global semiconductor leader, is seeking a capable Analyst to collaborate with Cap planning, MFG and engineering teams to ensure program activities are executed on time.

The role involves reviewing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements, with emphasis on data-driven decision making and strong communication across functions. Candidates should have engineering or related background and a willingness to operate in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Production Engineering or related discipline (supply chain, business, engineering).
• Experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support Mfg Resiliency Projects and Own Supply Management and System Readiness (Part Number Creation via ECN).
• Secure Supply for Resiliency as applicable.
• Manage Lot Scheduling via Adhoc process or Demand File; coordinate with Operations and PQE to meet targets on time.
• Initiate Special Lot Requests for Qual and Engg Lot Build at Assembly.
• Attend Coordination meetings as applicable.
