About the Role

NPI planning visibility is the core of this role. The NPI Analyst supports engineering resource planning for new product introduction and qualification activities by turning data into clear insight, resource visibility, and stronger execution support. This role is primarily analytics-focused, while also partnering across teams to keep priorities aligned.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Experience in NPI, engineering operations, project planning, resource analysis, or manufacturing support is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with reporting tools, planning systems, and spreadsheet-based analysis is a plus.
